Rylee Waters is the Director of Community Impact at Heartland United Way, where she is passionate about building relationships and serving as a connector among people, organizations, and resources. She thrives on setting individuals up for success by equipping them with the tools they need to flourish. Rylee embraces a people-first philosophy which is rooted in her background in HR consulting and relationship management.
Rylee and her husband, Alec, are both from Grand Island and are thrilled to be back in the community raising their children - Aiden and Marren. In her free time, Rylee enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, cheering on the Huskers, taking on new challenges, and testing out new recipes in the kitchen!
