Nonprofits now have the chance to sign up for Go Big GIVE before Hall, Hamilton, Howard and Merrick Counties set sail for giving.
In 2024, Go Big GIVE raised $1,514,901 through 5,294 donations for 155 local nonprofits.
Nonprofits that wish to mount the deck and be a part of the 2025 fundraising event can visit GoBigGIVE.org to register.

- January 15 - Go Big GIVE nonprofit organization registration opens
- January 29 - New nonprofit organization meeting
- January 29 - Nonprofit organization refresher meeting
- February 14 - “Sweetheart” Early Registration Prize
- February 21 - Nonprofit organization registration closes at 5 p.m.
- March 12 - All nonprofit organization meeting
- April 16 - Final day for nonprofit organizations to update profile, register events
- April 21-30 - Go Big GIVE Pre-Give
- May 1 - Go Big GIVE
Go Big GIVE brings Hall, Hamilton, Howard, and Merrick Counties together as one community, raising money and awareness for our local nonprofits during the 24-hour online giving day on May 1. We inspire people to give generously to nonprofits making the heartland stronger, creating a thriving community for all. Go Big GIVE is organized by the Heartland United Way and Greater Grand Island Community Foundation.
