Nominations for Adopt a Family close on Friday, November 8th, 2024.
Once nominations close, anonymous information will be shared with the adopter families from November 13-20 to give adopters at least three weeks to shop and wrap presents before delivering them to the Heartland United Way.
Depending on the family you are paired with will determine when to bring your wrapped, precious gifts to the Heartland United Way. Our team will connect with you to provide you with one of the following timelines:
- The early date to bring gifts to the office is Friday, December 6 for families to pick up on Monday, December 9.
- The middle date to bring gifts to the office is Friday, December 13th, with pickups for families on Monday, December 16.
- The later and final drop off date is Tuesday, December 17 for pickups for families on Thursday, December 19.
