COVID-19 Community Response

COVID-19 and Our Community

As coronavirus, COVID-19, continues to spread across the U.S. and the globe, we’d like to share what Heartland United Way is doing to respond. Below you will find resources regarding state and local information on COVID-19, Business & Employment Resources, Public Assistance and Financial Services, Resources for Kids, Mental Health Resources and Food Resources.

The health and safety of our community and its residents are our number one priority. Our local focus, along with our community impact partners, is working to improve the lives of children, families, seniors and those in emergency situations. Now, the people we serve may be even more vulnerable during this public health emergency.

Many people in our community could not, and cannot, afford to prepare for how COVID-19 is affecting their family. Now is the time to show some LOCAL LOVE!. Every gift matters. Together we can keep our communities strong. If you’re able, please give generously today.  Make a donation by visiting www.GreaterHeartlandFund.org (or click donate below.)

Your gift will help ensure people have access to life's essentials such as food and shelter. Your gift will also ensure that community partner organizations can continue to do their vital local work.
